Description/Appearance: Wears a black toga with a white stripe down both sides. Has a white metal shoulder plate on his right shoulder with the shape of an upside down crescent moon with a dagger driven through it, emblazoned in red. He has a white belt around his waist, with a sheathless, six and a half foot katana resting in between the belt and his toga. He is wearing soft brown leather boots. He wears black gloves and has black hair, brown eyes.

Background: Xiceus lived a life of death until about six months ago. He killed man after man to hunt down a legendary weapon that, in the end, didn't even exist. He even betrayed his master and killed him for the location of the weapon. His reign of terror ended six months ago when he took his own life and the lives of several others in a climactic explosion at the capital of Anei, Shra. He was resurrected by the Empress Seina Masa's magic as she knew if he was converted, he would prove a valuable ally. Xiceus was converted and given the black toga he now wears as a present from the Emperor. He leads a sect of Anei troops known as the Xuten. (Pronounced Shuten)

Abilities/Magicks: After his revival, Xiceus has been in rehabilitation and retains none of his old magic. He has gained The Black Toga from Emperor Kikorin, and he can use that to utilize most shadow magics.

Weapons/Items: 6 1/2 foot long katana, "The Elliptical"

Nature/Alignment: Is a very laid back kind of person who makes fun of battles.

Special Notes: Enjoys spending his time training, with others, or alone. He is constantly struggling with his second-in-command, Masahiko Yuo. (And it is believed that Masahiko himself was behind the recent revolt.
