Background: Comes from a ruling house in Kurik Forest. Is the leader of the Rangers in Kurik Forest.

Abilities/Magicks:
Twilight's Hammer: Pike made of dark crystal that throws a crescent of luminous energy that will disintegrate the first thing it touches.
Dark Cloak: Cloak that will disintegrate the target of this spell.

Weapons/Items: Recurve bow, Soul Arrows, Ruler Sword (see notes), Poisoned dagger, and Calling flute.

Nature/Alignment: Dark Elf. Not evil, though, just Dark by nature of Magic.

Special Notes: Ruler sword: A sword that has complete control of all the elements. Twilight's Hammer's counterpart is Dawn's Razor, which can only be used by light elves. Dark Magic is more powerful than light magic. Talmaran is a treesinger, and is immune to "Earth" Attacks. His weaknesses are of unelemental origin.
