Name of character: Salitar Dimonte
Nicknames: Sal
Age: Undeterminable (~500,000 Earth Years)
Sex: male
Height: 6'8"
Species/Race: Getun
Description/Appearance: Salitar stands tall for an elf, with blood red hair
and pure silver eyes. He still wears the clothing he always has, black,
rough hide leather tunic and trousers, with knee high black boots with
gold embroidery near the edges. His tunic has matured a bit, sporting
gold embroidering as well along the center, shoulders, and wrists. He
still wears a baladrana, a black cloak with a hood, made from magical
silk, with a red silky material lining the underside.
Background: Salitar's background is a strange one. He has spent
his life devoted to magic and the arts, constantly striving to become
better. He officially became a mage, in his mind, when he reached the
rank of Arch Mage. Recently he was tutored by his adoptive (and abusive,
now cured) father, one Inur Tetrijil, a Planeswalker. Salitar was
taught in the ways of the Planes, and has also acquired some new abilities
gained only in extraplanar realms. Due to his travel through the
Planes, his body height has decreased, making him four inches shorter.
Abilities/Magicks: Salitar can metamorph (transform) into a large white
crystalline dragon. Also is a master of Runic, Ethereal, Elemental,
Planar, and Halerónick Magic. He is also gifted with and elf's natural born
immunity to age, and was also graced with the ability to halt his
physical aging as well, preferring his adult/post-teen form. He is skilled
with several weapons, including daggers, quarterstaves, warhamers,
longswords, and Ethereal weaponry. He is also trained in both Erimian and
Halerónick martial arts.
Weapons/Items: Generally carries Mythgyr, a magical longsword with a
pure magic affinity, named after Salitar's former pet, a crystalline
dragon (truly it is the name of Salitar's metamorphed form.) He also carries
a staff of energy that he summons from the ethereal plane, but it has
no name as it's shape constantly changes.
Nature/Alignment: Neutral Good
Special Notes: Salitar used to be very young (25,000 EY) but he
spent several thousands of years traveling through the planes. Time
travels strangely in the different planes, take the Halerónick plane, for
instance. One Common Day in the Prime Material Plane (The plane we exist
in) feels like and has the effect on a person that 10,000 Earth Years
would. Of course, Halerons live for several hundred thousand EY.
Salitar considers himself to be much older, and he approximates that he is
now, technically, reaching the 500,000 year mark or beyond it.
