Background: Rei lost her mother at the age of 3, then her father at the age of 5. She was then raised by Jinxie, another fairy who taught her magic and how to protect herself. they live in the Valley of Blind Eyes in a cottage.

Her enemy is Grilena, an evil and stuck up princess who is determined to find DeyMug before Rei, Todd, and Keiley. To say the least, they hate each other.
