Species/Race: Half-Elf

Description/Appearance: He has a general appearance like Raistlin of Dragonlance's Krynn.
However with normalish violet & amber eyes. His hair is, of course, "long" as Raistlin's is known to be. The color of his hair can vary from blonde to brown with a slight tint of red. He has just started a occasional decorative touch to his style of putting red sparkles, and tiny blue crystals in his hair, although in any case they are rarely seen for he very rarely takes his hood down.
He wears darkly purple (or sometimes dark-blue or red) robes, and a darkly purple cloak most of the time.

Background: That is a tale for another time.

Abilities/Magicks: General magic, some warrior skills, such as sword-fighting. Poetry, and prose writing. Law.

Weapons/Items: Vallyn almost always carries a satchel about 18 inches wide and 15 inches tall. It has a long shoulder-strap. Inside he carries a book or two, writing materials, spell components, and perhaps his money. He also often holds a [magical] staff, with a dove sculpture at the top. He, of course, has a crown, but does not wear it often. He created, and owns Traek Tower just outside of the city of Rhydin. He is now searching for a special sword

Nature/Alignment: Neutral Good

Special Notes: Original home, Kalaiedos Castle, is currently occupied by evil Ogres, the slayers of Vallyn's parents, and most of the other inhabitants.

Vallyn's quest is to find a mate.

At this time Vallyn is away from Traek Tower. He is on a mission to save lands from the rampages of groups of monsters brought by a wizard.
He has found a city called Illinnid.
He has been told that a powerful sword was stolen from a beautiful shrine he passed through on the top of a lower peak of the mountain next to the city.
And if he can return the sword to the shrine, a beautiful, and graceful woman will appear to receive it, and repay the returner with five wishes.
The one that was going to come with him to destroy the monsters departed before he crossed the mountain. Now he is attempting to gather warrior companions/hirelings in the city, and going to find the sword.
