Description/Appearance: Brown hair, brown eyes, quiet and very gentle.

Background: Son of Jorael Ramsay and Sandira, a union manipulated by Draegon. Since Sandira is Draegon's daughter, Lowell is Draegon's grandson. Desperately jealous of Jaedina, who also bore a child, Sandira tried to kill Lowell when he was still an infant. He was taken from her and given to Jaedina, who then turned Lowell and her own daugher, Cessa, over to Jorael. Threatened by powerful forces, Jorael sent the children to stay with Angel of Mercy and Sotana. Lowell was taken from the angels by Draegon and absorbed, but Jorael was later able to retrieve him. He currently lives with Sotana and her betrothed, Malik.

Special Notes: Lowell is growing quickly due to a potion given to him by his uncle, Kantrel, in an effort to protect him from Draegon. He is an extremely quiet child, and a full sentence is a noticeable mouthfull for him, though he seems quite capable of communicating.
