Description/Appearance: She has long, black, silky hair and very dark brown eyes. Her ears are somewhat pointed, as she has a bit of elven blood, and her complexion is creamy. Her nose is long, her lips are thin, and her chin is slightly pointy. She is fairly tall and thin, with a dancer's build and grace. There is a tiny white birthmark on her right hand that looks like a diving falcon.

Background: She was first found on the island of Lunir, a small island that almost no one has ever heard of or seen. She was six years old and that time and found wandering by the beach, when an old woman named Margathilla took her in. It was rumored that Elcanthra was "Child of Stars" since she appeared at night and had features like the night. On the island, Margathilla taught her some magicks, but Elcanthra didn't have enough patience to learn all of them. When she was 17, Margathilla died, leaving all of her possessions to Elcanthra. It turns out that Margathilla was actually some sort of nobility in another realm and had been banished. Her true name is still unknown, as is the realm she previously resided in. Elcanthra had been named the heir to Margathilla's possessions, and therefore named her child as well.

Abilities/Magicks: She uses a dagger with ease and often lurks in the shadows, mostly unseen by others. She knows some random forms of self-defense and can perform small tasks of magick such as healing minor surface wounds, heating metals (but not to a very high temperature), influencing people with her songs by inflicting emotions (but not very well), and increasing the power of herbal potions. She can sing like a flock of nightingales, dance like the wind, and write words as flowery as a bard.

Weapons/Items: She carries a small dagger (which was given to her by Margathilla on her thirteenth birthday) in her boot. Around her neck, she wears a small pendant with a dragon in mist depicted on it.

Nature/Alignment: She is very defensive, taking things rather seriously. Sometimes she's a bit dark and brooding, but her moods change fairly quickly. Also, she only does things for "the greater good."

Special Notes: Elcanthra is the dreamy sort, her head always in the clouds. She has low tolerance and does not like to be pushed around, ignored, or excessive criticism. She has a fiery spirit and cannot be caged up like a pretty bird. Provoking her only brings bad luck.
