Description/Appearance: If youve played the Resident Evil Games, he looks like Albert Wesker. Pale, tall and imposing, extremely strong, red eyes, fangs, weras a black overcoat.

Background: He thrives on destruction and blood. He feels no purpose in life and lives only for chaos. THere is often no rhyme of reason for what he does.

Abilities/Magicks: Despayr is part vamp so he can heal extremely quickly. He is not immortal, because he is half humanoid, but unless you hit a death blow he will heal the wound in 5-10 15 max minutes.

Weapons/Items: Despayr uses guns, if they are allowed. He has 2, and they are huge and silver. THey blast energy, not bullets, and even creatures with forcefields would be knocked back by the immense foce. THey need to charge, Either that or he uses hand to hand. If guns arent allowed, he fights with bare hands, his claws, and whatever he can find.

Nature/Alignment: He is completely and forgone evil. Bred that way, knows nothing else.
