Abilities/Magicks: Can shape change into other races and use there abilities when they have been praticed.

Weapons/Items: A set of scale mail(red & gold scales), a one handed long-sword(with a dragon etched in it), and a sheild(with a red-gold dragon on it) appear at will when needed

Special Notes: He was captured and tortured to use his magic to help power a spell. After he managed to escape, the backwash of magic mutated his ability to shape change. When he now changes into another race he can use there abilities effectively after he practices them. He has practiced trying to use the abilities in other races forms and had some success. In elven form he can shoot fire out of any body protrusion. He does not like speeking of the time, he does not like it when staffs are raised at him. He tends to react badly.
